American author and leadership guru, John C. Maxwell have proposed several irrefutable laws of leadership that can be a guidance for developing your leadership skills. This article sums up the five keys irrefutable laws of leadership described as follows.

The Law of Victory

Trust is the foundation of leadership. Character makes leadership possible, and trust makes leadership possible. To build trust, a leader must exemplify these qualities: competence, connection, and character. That is the law of Solid Ground.

The Law of Navigation

Leaders draw on past experiences, every past success and even past failures will give and navigate the leader a valuable source of information and wisdom. Leaders listen to what others have to say, navigation leaders take ideas from many sources and they make sure their conclusion represent both faith and fact as a leader should navigate constant positive attitude.

The Law of Influence

A good leader builds a reputable character that can be a good influence toward other people. True leadership begins with inner character as a person, in which can form the right kind of relations with the right people, because we can’t hate people and lead them at the same time.

To sum up, in disruptive era, leadership shall be possessed by everyone, especially for managers or leader in workplace in which leadership refers to how they lead the employee and the organization. By knowing these irrefutable laws of leadership by Maxwell, leaders can have better understanding to maximize their leadership skills and be a better leader for organization.
