It will encourage the employees to think about opportunities besides solving the existing problem. The right question in the right time and atmosphere would result in a lot of positive innovations and also solution to the existing problems.

Take a look at your assets, such as employees’ skillset, social assets, and capital assets. By giving more attention to what you have, you will be able to think about new innovations and opportunities that you can create with the assets. You will be able to learn more about your employees and how they will act when given a bigger responsibility.
